Hobie Racing & Touring boards have been developed by Hobie’s world class water athletes and Hobie’s R & D team.
Utilizing computer aided shaping technology and countless hours of on the water testing and racing, we have been able to zero in on critical performance factors in our designs. Our designs were developed to be fast in all conditions, have a stable confident feeling on the water, and maintain momentum in between strokes and paddle changes.

		Hobie CFX construction combines light weight EPS foam core technology with the lightweight, strength, and stability of carbon fiber. The combination of technology produces a race board that is light yet strong enough to endure the rigors of open water racing
